The Swindon Borough Council (Various Roads, Swindon) (Reserved Bus Lanes) Order 2010 Amendment Order No (1) 2011

Notice is Hereby Given that on the 5 June 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the affect of which will be:

1. To allow marked vehicles used by the NHS Doctor 'out of hours' service to use bus lanes.
2.  The length of road listed below will be reserved as a bus lane between the hours of 7am to 7pm of each day; 7 days a week and which is permitted to be used by motorcycles, pedal cycles, hackney carriages and authorised vehicles.

Highworth Road,  Eastbound carriageway  From the junction of Honda North Roundabout for a distance of 226.7 metres in a southerly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 17 June 2013 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 5 June 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
