Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 11) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:

Revocation of the No Waiting Mon - Fri 8.30am - 6pm Ferndale Road North side From the common boundary of Nos. 4/6 Ferndale Road to the common boundary of Nos. 52/54 From the common boundary of Nos. 58/60 Ferndale Road and to a point 1 metre east of the western building line of No. 64 Ferndale Road

Revocation of No Waiting At Any Time Ferndale Road North side From a point 1 metre east of the western building line of No. 64 Ferndale Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 6 metres

Introduction of No Waiting At Any Time Ferndale Road North side FromthecommonboundaryofNos.58/60 FerndaleRoad to a point 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 60/62 Ferndale Road

From the common boundary of Nos. 4/6 Ferndale Road to a point 1 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 6/8 Ferndale Road

A copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 14 June 2013 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/Vo 11/Ferndale Rd/2013) by no later than 5 July 2013.
