Notice is hereby given that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:

To restrict HGVs in excess of 7.5 tonnes maximum gross weight to proceed along:

Ermin Street from the junction of the Oxford Road White Hart Roundabout to the junction with Swindon Road

Grange Drive from the junction with Dorcan Way to the junction with Ermin Street
Swindon Road from the junction with Hobley Drive to the junction with Ermin Street

To revoke The Borough of Thamesdown (Ermin Street, Stratton St Margaret) (Prohibition of Commercial Vehicles of Over 3 tons) Order 1979.

A copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons for the proposal may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

Objections to the proposed Order, stating the grounds of the objection, should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/Ermin Street/7.5T) by no later than 12 July 2013.
