Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2011 (Variation No. 12 ) Order 2013 and (Variation No. 13) Order 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is

Introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' on

Green Road Both sides - From the junction of Meadowcroft for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction

Meadowcroft South Side - From the extended kerb line of Green Road junction in a north easterly direction for approx. 10 metres

From the western extended kerb line of Green Road Junction for a distance of 10 metres in a westerly direction

Meadowcroft North side  - from a point 4 metres west of the boundary of No. 57 for a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.

St Phillips Road Both sides  - From the junction of Beechcroft to a point 10 metres south of the junction of Farrfield

Farrfield Both sides  - From the junction of St Phillips Road for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction

Parsonage Court Both sides  -  The entire length from the junction of The Dormers to the Both Sides existing 'no waiting at any time' restriction at the junction of Cherry Orchard

Vicarage Lane South Side - From the entrance to the Old Rectory for approx. 10 metres in a north westerly direction

Deletion of 'No Waiting At Any Time' on

Vicarage Lane South Side From a point 10 metres west of the Old Rectory gated entrance for a distance of 2 metres.

A copy of the draft Orders, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 5 July 2013 and online atwww.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 12/SSM/2013 or za/VO 13/Highworth ) by no later than 26 July 2013.
