Swindon Borough Council (Reserved Bus Lane) Order 2011 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:

Implementation of 'no waiting at any time' on both sides on Polaris Way from its junction with the Cockleberry Roundabout to the existing 'no waiting at any time' restriction past the College Entrance.

Bus only route on Polaris Way from its junction with Cockleberry Roundabout in a westerly direction to a point 127 metres east of its junction with North Star.

Copies of the draft Orders, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 5 July 2013 and online atwww.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ Polaris Way/proposed) by no later than 26 July 2013.
