Swindon Borough Council (Somerford Close) (Temporary Restriction) Order 2012
Public Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, to introduce a temporary 'No Waiting At Any Time' on Somerford Close to allow for resurfacing works.
The restrictions will be indicated by the use of traffic signs and cones.
Any contravention to the above restrictions will be issued with a PCN in accordance with the Traffic management Act 2004, s.78, Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (England) General Regulations 2007 and Civil Enforcement of Parking contraventions (England) Representations and Appeals Regulations 2007
The Order will come into force on the 29 July 2013 for 6 month and it is anticipated the restriction will be in place for no more than 5 days from 8am to 6pm.
