Swindon Borough Council (Reserved Bus Lane) Order 2011 Amendment Order (No. 1) 2013

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 14 August 2013 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is:

Implementation of 'no waiting at any time' on both sides on Polaris Way from its junction with the Cockleberry Roundabout to the existing 'no waiting at any time' restriction past the College Entrance.
Bus only route on Polaris Way from its junction with Cockleberry Roundabout in a westerly direction to a point 127 metres east of its junction with North Star.

The Order will be operative as of 19 August 2013 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 14 August 2013 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
