Notice of Traffic Order Nell Hill and C117 Queens Road, Hannington
Public Notice Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Section 14 and 15
Date of Order - 16 September 2013
This Order is being introduced because of resurfacing works and the effect of the Order is to prohibit vehicles from driving on the Queens Road from the junction with Nell Hill up to the access road to Hannington Hall and Nell Hill from the junction with Queens Road for approx. 400 metres.
Nell Hill and Queens Road closures to be phased and will not be closed at the same time.
Diversion Routes
Queens Road Closure is via Queens Road, B4019, A419 up to the Cricklade Road Slip Road and back on the A419 to turn left into Castle Eaton, The Street and High Street at Kempsford and Nell Hill.
Nell Hill Closure is via High Street and Mt Pleasant, Kempsford, Castle Eaton, Lushill and Queens Road, Hannington.
The Order will remain in force for 12 months but it is anticipated works will be carried out from 30 September 2013 and take not more than 5 days to complete
