NEWPORT STREET PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 AND 15 NOTICE OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NEWPORT STREET PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES
This Order is being introduced to allow Thames Water to install a new water main and the effect of the Order is to prohibit vehicles from driving on Newport Street at its junction with Devizes Road and Station Approach in both directions.
Diversion Routes via Croft Road, Pipers Way and Marlborough Road and vice versa.
The Order will remain in force for 6 months but it is anticipated works will take begin on the 17 February 2014 for a duration of 5 days.
These works are weather permitting and any changes will be notified on site.
