SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (NON-FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER (No. 1) 2014

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposed to make the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be: -

To remove the parking provision at the Somerville Road car park which is situated south of Sussex Square on Seymour Road and is a parking place with a maximum 48 hours waiting period.

A copy of the Order, statement of reasons and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www. swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation for a period of 21 days from 16 May 2014.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 4/2014) by no later than 6 June 2014.
