SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER No. 2 2014

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 21 May 2014 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend The Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) and hereafter referred to as the 2003 Order by:

Changing Wyvern multi-storey (levels 1, 2 and 3) as mentioned in Schedule 2 of the 2003 Order from a short stay car park to a long stay car park to be included in Schedule 8 of the 2003 Order.
Wyvern multi-storey (levels 1, 2 and 3) will be subject to parking charges payable for Town Centre Long Stay Car Parks at the parking tariffs set for 2014/15.

The Order will be operative as of 23 May 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 21 May 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
