SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (TADPOLE LANE) (30 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2013

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be a reduction of the speed limit from 50 mph to 30mph on Tadpole Lane between a point 360 metres west of the west kerbline of Wyld Court and a point 26 metres west of the west kerbline Fawley Close.

The Order will be operative as of 26 May 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours. If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 21 May 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
