Highways Act 1980 to stop-up parts of the highway at Fleming Way in Swindon
SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 SECTION 116
APPLICATION TO STOP-UP AREAS OF HIGHWAY
NOTICE is given that application will be made to the Magistrates' Court sitting at Princes Street, Swindon on Monday 28th July 2014 at 1.45 pm for an Order under section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 to stop-up parts of the highway at Fleming Way in Swindon as shown on the Plan(areas 1 - 5, hatched black and area 6, hatched red) on the grounds that the areas of highway are unnecessary for highway purposes.
A copy of the Plan showing the areas of the highway to be stopped-up can be inspected free of charge at the offices of the Council at Wat Tyler House, One Stop Shop, Beckhampton Street, Swindon, SN1 2JH, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.
