The Swindon Borough Council (Drove Road and Dudmore Road) (Prohibition of Right Hand Turn) Order 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25 June 2014 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be for the prohibition of right hand turn from Drove Road into Dudmore Road and from Dudmore Road into Drove Road for administrative purposes by re-enacting the restriction in a more up to date Order.

The Order will be operative as of 30 June 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 25 June 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
