Introduction of 'School Keep Clear' restriction - Windsor Road opposite the entrance of Lawn Primary School
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 7) Order 2014
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Introduction of 'School Keep Clear' restriction which prohibits stopping at entrance markings on Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.
Windsor Road opposite the entrance of Lawn Primary School from each of the pedestrian refuge for a distance of approx. 43 metres in both directions.
A copy of the draft Order, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 4 July 2014 and online at http://www.swindon.gov.uk/.
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/VO 7/2014) by no later than 24 July 2014.
