SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2014) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER (NO.3) 2013 MODIFICATION (NO.1)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 16 July 2014 Swindon Borough Council made the following modification to the above mentioned Experimental Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of the modification is to revoke the loading bays from the side streets and replace with Limited Waiting 1hr Mon- Sat 8am-6pm no return within 1 hour and the introduction of loading only bays on Manchester Road in between the No Loading at Any Time restriction.

A copy of this modification, the experimental Order and plans may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.
Any person wishing to make representations whether to object or support the modification before it is made permanent , must do so in writing quoting the reference (ZA/Modification No 1/Manchester Rd) specifying the grounds on which they are made, by the revised date of 16 January 2015.

If you wish to question the validity of the modification, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the modification, you may, within 6 weeks from 16 July 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
