SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (A361 HIGHWORTH ROAD AND SUPERMARINE ROUNDABOUT, SWINDON) (50 MPH SPEED LIMIT ORDER 2014)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 10 September 2014 Swindon Borough Council made the above under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the effect is to:
Extend the existing 50mph Speed Limit on the A361 Highworth Road by approx. 137 metres on the approach and exit to Supermarine Roundabout.

The Order will be operative as of 22 September 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 10 September 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
