SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, SWINDON) (40 MPH SPEED LIMIT) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2014 AMENDMENT ORDER (NO. 2) 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Council made the above Order to:

Extend the existing 40mph Speed Limit on the B4192 at Liddington for 200 metres.

The Order will be operative as of 20 October 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 17 October 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
