SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (CLIFTON STREET) (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 17 September 2014 Swindon Borough Council under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 made the above Order. The effect of which is:

Clifton Street to be subject to a 20 mph speed limit which will be indicated by roundels and gateway signs.

The Order will be operative as of 22 September 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 17 September 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
