SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER No. 3 2014

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend The Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) and hereafter referred to as the 2003 Order by:

Changing Clarence House Car Park to permit only parking Monday to Sunday with Pay and Display on Saturday and Sunday only.

Introducing permit only parking at Sanford House.

The Order will be operative as of 22 September 2014 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 17
September 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
