Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation)

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 6) Order 2014

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follows:
Introduction of a Restricted Parking Zone (which is to be indicated by signs and prohibits parking at all times except in the marked bays listed below) in the following streets of East Wichel; Arnhill Road, Aviemore Road, Barbrook Road, Brentfore Street, Collard Street, Cornwood Road, Cosdon Road, Culbone Road, Dunsley Vale, East Wichel Way, Ewden Close, Eyam Road, Fernacre Road, Frogden Road, Holne Road, Langdean Road, Mattocks Path, Nunwick Way, Offerton Road, Ravensdale, Rylane, Scorhill Lane, Staldon Road, Stalldown Road, Stonehenge Road, Timoney Place, Trecastle Road, Trevello Road, Yardlee Walk and Yelland Walk.

Parking Places which will be marked out and indicated by signs in the following streets in East Wichel where parking is permitted for vehicles not exceeding 1.5 tonnes and without a trailer:
Aviemore Road, Barbrook Road, Brentfore Street, Cornwood Road, Cosdon Road, Dunsley Vale, Fernacre Road, Frogden Road, Holne Road, Langdean Road, Leaze Street, Nunwick Way, Offerton Road, Ravensdale, Rylane, Scorhill Lane, Trevello Road, Yardlee Walk, Yelland Walk, mew area of Collard Close, mew area of Staldon Road, mew area of Aviemore Road, mew area of Nunwick Way/ Offerton Road, mew area of Arnhill Road and mew area of Barbrook Road.

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the extent of the restriction and location of parking bays and reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 2 October 2014 and online atwww.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 6/ East Wichel RPZ) by no later than 23 October 2014.
