(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2014)
VARIATION ORDER (NO.9) 2014

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order which is to continue on a permanent basis the experimental order (as modified) which has been in operation since November 2011.

The effect of the Order is to impose the restrictions introduced under the experimental order (as modified) along the streets within Zones A and F accordingly:

Albion Street
Dowling Street
Read Street
Andover Street
Dryden Street
Redcross Place
Cambria Bridge Road
Eastcott Hill
Shelley Street
Cambria Place
Erin Court
Shelley Street
Canal Side
Exmouth Street
Shire Court
Catherine Street
Fairview
Stanier Street
Clarendon Lane
Faringdon Road
Stanmore Street
Clifton Street
Joseph Street
The Nurseries
College Court
Kingshill Road
Towpath Gardens
Commercial Road
Marlborough Street
Westcott Place
Crombey Road
Morse Street
Whitehead Street
Curtis Street
Newhall Street
Whitney Street
Deacon Street
Radnor Street
William Street

The Order will be operative as of 15 October 2015.

A copy of the Order and plan showing the extent of each restriction on each of the above streets may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 8 October 2014 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
