Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 10) Order 2014

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Westlea Primary School

Langstone Way (north side) introduction of 43.56 metres of 'school keep clear' restriction across the school access.

Holy Family RC Primary School

Marlowe Avenue (north side) deletion of 'no waiting at any time' to be replaced by 26 metres of 'school keep clear' restrictions across both of the school accesses.

Oliver Tomkins

Rowton Heath Way (south side) and Beaumaris Road (west side) - introduction of 'no waiting Mon to Fri 8 to 9.30am and 2.30 to 4pm' for a distance of 60 metres from the property boundary of No 3 Rowton Heath Way to the school exit on Beaumaris Road.

Beaumaris Road (east side) 66.6 metres of 'no waiting at any time' to be introduced from the junction with Rowton Heath Way in a south easterly direction to the zebra crossing.

'School Keep Clear' Restrictions prohibits waiting and loading on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

A copy of the draft Order, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 4 July 2014 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 10/2014) by no later than 7 November 2014.
