SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (NON-FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER (No. 1) 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposed to amend the Swindon Borough Council (Non-Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (hereafter referred to as the '2003 Order' under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be: -

To introduce the disabled person parking bays at Freshbrook Centre Car Park and Wroughton Park and Ride Car Park to Schedule 3 of the 2003 Order which specifies that only vehicles displaying a valid disabled blue badge can park in the bays marked for blue badge (disabled) holders.

Any vehicle parked contravening this Order will be liable to be issued a penalty charge notice.

A copy of the Order, statement of reasons and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation for a period of 21 days from 30 January 2015.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 1 non-fee/2015) by no later than 21 February 2015.
