Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 4 and No. 5) Orders 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is the introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction as follow:

Dewell Mews

(North Side) The 'no waiting at any time' is to be varied by extending the restriction along the whole length on the north side from its junction with Marlborough Road to its junction with Signal Way.

(South Side) Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' from the rear boundary of No 8 Dewell Mews for a distance of 17 metres in a westerly direction.

Windrush, Highworth Introduction of 10 metres of 'No Waiting At Any Time' restriction to the rear of No's 155 and 156 Windrush and to the garages at the rear of No 161 Windrush.

A copy of the draft Orders, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 27 February 2015 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ TRO/VO 4 Dewell Mews or ZA/TRO/VO 5 Windrush) by no later than 20 March 2015.
