SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (NON-FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER (No. 1) 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25 February 2015 Swindon Borough Council made an amendment Order to the Swindon Borough Council (Non-Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (hereafter referred to as the '2003 Order' under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which introduce: -
The disabled person parking bays at Freshbrook Centre Car Park and Wroughton Park and Ride Car Park to Schedule 3 of the 2003 Order which specifies that only vehicles displaying a valid disabled blue badge can park in the bays marked for blue badge (disabled) holders.

Any vehicle parked contravening this Order will be liable to be issued a penalty charge notice.

The Order will be operative from 2 March 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 25

February 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
