(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014
(Variation No. 7) Order 2015
Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:
Introduction of Prohibition of Waiting for Vehicles exceeding 5 tonnes from 20:00 hours to 07:00 am hours 7 days a week.
A420 Merlin Way (East Side)
From 180 metres south of its junction with the White Hart Roundabout for a distance of 80 metres in southerly direction.
A copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 20 March 2015 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.
Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ TRO/VO 7 Merlin Way) by no later than 10 April 2015.
