Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 1) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Chiseldon Primary School
Castle View Road (east side) introduction of 43.56 metres of 'school keep clear' restriction at the school access.
Castle View Road (east side) introduction of 'bus stop clearway' where stopping is prohibited except for buses.
Castle View Road (west side) introduction of no waiting 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday' opposite the school access

Peatmoor Primary School
Pepperbox Hill (north side) introduction 43.56 metres of 'school keep clear' restriction at the school access.

Grange Infants School
Access road to Grange Infants located off Delamere Drive (both sides) introduction of no waiting 8am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday' opposite the school access.

Ruskin Junior School
Wordsworth Drive (East Side) introduction 25.56 metres and 31.56 metres separated with a 100mm gap of 'school keep clear' restriction at both of the school accesses.

Lainesmead Primary School
Eastern Avenue (south side) revocation of 'no waiting at any time' restriction to be replaced with 43.56 metres of 'school keep clear' restriction at the school access. South View Avenue (east side) introduction of 43.56 metres of 'school keep clear' restriction at the school access.

Haydonleigh Primary School
Haydon Court Drive (north side) introduction of 2 x 37.56 metres of 'school keep clear' restriction at both the school accesses.

'School Keep Clear' Restrictions prohibits waiting and loading on Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm.

The Order will be operative as of 20 April 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 15 April 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
