Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation Nos. 2 and 3) Orders 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 20 May 2015 Swindon Borough Council made the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is the introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction on the following roads:

Swindon Road
(East Side) For a length of approx. 20.8 metres across the access to Underwood House and extending north across the access to Ermin Mews (part section of existing dropped kerb)

Collingsmead
(South Side) for a distance of 10 metres at either side of the entrance to the car park adjacent to the Surgery.
(North Side) for a distance of 26 metres centred opposite the car park entrance and outside No's 103
to 110.

The Order will be operative as of 25 May 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 20 May 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
