Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation)

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 17) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce waiting restriction as follows:

Introduction of 'No Waiting At Any Time' on the following locations:

Austen Crescent (Both Sides) at the junctions with Liden Drive, Jacobs Walk, Forester Close and the Un-named Service Road to the rear of No's 43/45 Austen Crescent.
Liden Drive (East and West Side) at and opposite the junction with Austen Crescent.

Introduction of 'No Waiting from 6am to 2.30pm' on the following locations:

Austen Crescent (east side) in the vicinity of No's 71/73 Austen Crescent and adjacent to No 1 Forester Close, and (west side) outside No's 31/ 32 Austen Crescent.
Forester Close (East, West and North Side) outside No's 1 to 18 Forester Close.
Un-named Road Servicing the Rear of No's 43/45 Austen Crescent and adjacent to No 32 Austen Crescent (East, West and South Side).
Jacobs Walk (Both Sides) outside No's 1, 2 and 3 and 42 and 43 Jacobs Walk.

A copy of the draft Order, plan showing the extent of the lengths of the above restrictions and reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 3 July 2015 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ TRO/VO 17 Austen Crescent) by no later than 24 July 2015.
