THE SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(THE AVENUE, STANTON FITZWARREN)
(PROHIBITION OF RIGHT HAND TURN) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15 July 2015 under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Council made the above traffic regulation order as follow:

Prohibition of Right Hand Turn (except cyclist)
From The Avenue, Stanton Fitzwarren onto the A361 Highworth Road.

The Order will be operative as of 20 July 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 15 July 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
