Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 7) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15 July 2015 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Introduction of Prohibition of Waiting for Vehicles exceeding 5 tonnes from 20:00 hours to 07:00 am hours 7 days a week.

(East Side) From 180 metres south of its junction with the White Hart Roundabout for a distance of 80 metres in southerly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 20 July 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 15 July 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
