Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 11) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction

Southbrook Street
West Side In front of The Vicarage to join the existing restriction. From a point of 158 metres from the junction with Ferndale Road for a distance of 2 metres in a northerly direction.

Southbrook Street
Alleyway Both Sides Adjacent to No's 260 and 262 Ferndale Road From the junction with Ferndale Road for a distance of 5 metres in a north westerly direction.

Hunters Grove
East Side In front of No 54 Hunters Grove

From a point 157 metres of the junction with Ferndale Road for a distance of 13 metres in | a north westerly direction.

A copy of the draft Order, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 24 July 2015 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 11/southbrook st/Hunters Gr) by no later than 14 August 2015.
