(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 4) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 29 July 2015 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is the introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction as follow:

Dewell Mews
(North Side) The 'no waiting at any time' is to be varied by extending the restriction along the whole length on the north side from its junction with Marlborough Road to its junction with Signal Way.
(South Side) Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' from the rear boundary of No 8 Dewell Mews for a distance of 17 metres in a westerly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 3 August 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 29
July 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
