SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(PRIORS HILL AREA, WROUGHTON)
(20MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the Council made the above Order to implement:

20mph Speed Limit on the following length of roads in Wroughton;
Priors Hill - From its junction with A4361, to a point 370 metres south of its junction with Greens Lane Greens Lane - From its junction with the B4005, to its junction with Priors Hill
Bakers Road - From its junction with The Pitchens, to its junction with Priors Hill
The Pitchens (west) - From its junction with Priors Hill, for a distance of 80 metres in an easterly direction The Pitchens (east) Northern Leg - From its junction with the B4005, for a distance of 115 metres in a westerly direction The Pitchens (east) Southern Leg - From its junction with the B4005, for a distance of 161 metres in a westerly direction Devizes Road (UC) - From its junction with Priors Hill, for its entire length
Overtown Hill - From its junction with the B4005, for a distance of 164 metres in a south-easterly direction Snapps Close, Roberts Close, Manor Close, Willow Walk, Coombe Close, Wanshott Close and St Helens Gardens
- for their entire lengths

The Order will be operative as of 21 September 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 9 September 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
