SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (FEE PAYING OFF-STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2003 AMENDMENT ORDER No. 2 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make an Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will be to amend The Borough of Swindon (Fee Paying Off-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2003 (as amended) and hereafter referred to as the 2003 Order by revoking Wyvern Car Park as a parking place and designating Sanford House Car Park as a parking place to be used for shopmobility car park.

Objections to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/amd no 2/Wyvern & Sanford) by no later than 14 October 2015.
