(WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2014)
(VARIATION NO. 14) ORDER 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 26 March 2014 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which is a continuation of the experimental scheme (as modified) which has been in force since April 2014.
The effect of the experimental scheme was to impose a variation to the existing residents parking and waiting restrictions on the Streets listed below located in Resident Parking Zone J which will include the following restrictions:
Residents Parking Zone (Monday to Saturday 8am to 10pm) to be managed by gate way signs indicating parking for Zone J parking permit holders only within the zone.
Limited Waiting Bays allowing parking for 30 minutes and 1 hour (Monday to Saturday)
'No Waiting At Any Time' restriction which will include to some of the alley way of the listed streets.
Restricted Parking Zone on Salisbury Street and Gladstone Street where parking will not be permitted at any time except within signed bays.
Shared Bays allowing limited waiting and residents parking for permit Zone J holders.

The Order will be operative as of 8 October 2015.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 7 October 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
