SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(MEDBOURNE ROAD, LIDDINGTON)
(30MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council made the above Order under the relevant sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is:
To extend the existing 30mph speed limit:
Medbourne Road (locally known as Medbourne Lane)
From a point 200 metres of the Liddington Road B4192 junction for a distance of 482 metres.

The Order will be operative as of 19 October 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 20 May 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
