(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 10) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of

The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Shrivenham Road - North West Side
Introduction of approx. 20 metres of 'No Waiting At Any Time' restriction from the junction with The Magic Roundabout.
Removal of 17 metres of 'no waiting at any time' restriction outside Property No's 95, 97 and 99.

Please note that the above proposed changes have been implemented and this is an administrative process to regulate the restrictions on Shrivenham Road.

A copy of the draft Order, plan and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 21 October 2015.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ TRO/VO10/Shrivenham Rd) by no later than 12 November 2015.
