Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation)

Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 11) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction


Southbrook Street West Side In front of The Vicarage from the existing restritions for a distance of 2 metres in a northerly direction.

Alleyway Both Sides Adjacent to No's 260 and 262

Ferndale Road From the junction with Ferndale Road for a distance of 5 metres in a north westerly direction.
Hunters Grove East Side In front of No 54 Hunters Grove

From a point 157 metres of the junction with Ferndale Road for a distance of 13 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 26 October 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 21

October 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
