LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976 - SECTION 63

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the Council's intention to appoint a Hackney Carriage Stand pursuant to Section 23 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 on public highway within the borough as follow.

Street Crombey Street
Location From a point 41 metres west of the junction with Victoria Road for a length of 32 metres in a south westerly direction.
Number of Hackney Carriages Permitted 6/7
Hours of Operation 24 Hours

A copy of the proposal and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon between 8.00am and 6.00pm from Monday to Friday, Thursday evening to 8.00pm and Saturday morning 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Objections or representations to the proposed notice should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/Regent Circus/Taxi Ranks) within 28 days of the publication of this notice.
