Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 20) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follows:

Regulation of 'no waiting at any time' restriction

Lowry Road
Both Sides from the junction of Piper's Way for the distance of approx 200 metres in a south easterly direction.

Un-named Road leading from Lowry Road
Both Sides from the junction with Lowry Road for the distance of approx. 215 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will be operative as of 16 November 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 11
November 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
