SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTIONS AND PARKING PLACES CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2014) EXPERIMENTAL ORDER (NO.1) 2015
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 18 November 2015 Swindon Borough Council made an Experimental Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to be operative from the 25 November 2015 for the duration of 18 months.

Introduction of 'No waiting and loading at any time' restrictions and a 'School Keep Clear' restriction which prohibits stopping at entrance markings at all times.
A copy of the Order and plan showing the extent of the restrictions can be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during normal office hours or online on www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.
The Experimental Order is introduced to allow the Council to introduce the restrictions
Any person wishing to make representations whether to object or support the Orders before they are made permanent must do so in writing quoting the reference (TRO/Experimental/Holy Cross SSZ) specifying the grounds on which they are made within 6 months of the Experimental Orders coming into force or if the Order is subsequently varied or modified within 6 months of the variation or modification coming into force.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 18 November 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
