PUBLIC NOTICE
Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 21) Order 2015 and Swindon Borough Council (Coate, Chiseldon) (Prohibition of Entry) Revocation Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follows:

Regulation of the changes on Coate Lane and Woodbine Terrace to the 'no waiting at any time' restriction to accommodate the junction of The Boulevard and additional residents parking for Zone P permit holders on Woodbine Terrace.

Please note that the above waiting restrictions have been implemented and this is an administrative order to allow the restriction to be regulated.

The County of Wilts (Cul-De-Sac Lenghts of Road at Coate, Parish of Chiseldon) (Prohibition of Chiseldon) (Prohibition of Entry) Order 1970 is to be revoked.

A copy of the draft Orders, plans and reasons may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 20 November 2015 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ VO 21/Coate) by no later than 11 December 2015.
