Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 10) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 25th November 2015 Swindon Borough Council make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Shrivenham Road
North West Side Introduction of approx. 20 metres of 'No Waiting At Any Time' restriction from the junction with The Magic Roundabout. Removal of 17 metres of 'no waiting at any time' restriction outside Property No's 95, 97 and 99.

The Order will be operative as of 30 November 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 25 November 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
