(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 9) Order 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 2 December 2015 Swindon Borough Council made the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow: Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction

Turnball
Both Sides from the junction with Hodson Road for approx. 10 metres in an easterly direction.
North Side Outside Property No. 3 - From the extended northern kerbline for a distance | of 25 metres in a north easterly direction.
South Side From the junction with May's Lane for a distance of 24 metres to the property boundary of No 4 and the property named Meudon.

East Side From the existing double yellow lines outside Chiseldon Cottage for a distance of 10 metres in a northern direction.

The Order will be operative as of 7 December 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 2 December 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
