SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL
(CURTIS STREET) (WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2015

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that on the 9 December 2015 Swindon Borough Council made an Order under the relevant sections of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be:

To restrict heavy goods vehicle in excess of 7.5t maximum gross weight with the exception of loading to proceed along Curtis Street from its junction with Crombey Street to its junction with Whitehead Street.

The Order will be operative as of 14 December 2015 and a copy of the sealed Order and plan may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon during opening hours.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within 6 weeks from 9 December 2015 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
