Swindon Borough Council
(Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 3) Order 2016 and Swindon Borough Council (Morrison Street, Rodbourne) (Prohibition of Motor Vehicles) Order 2016

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Orders under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce 'No waiting Monday - Friday 8am-5pm' restriction on the north west side of Morrison Street at the junction with Bruce Street and introduce a prohibition of driving for motor vehicles on Morrison Street from the northern end of No 54 Morrison Street for a distance of approx. 25 metres in a north western direction to the end of the highway boundary of Morrison Street.

A copy of the draft Orders, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and reasons for making the Orders may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 2 February 2016 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation

Objections or representations to the proposed Orders should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ Even Swindon SSZ) by no later than 22 February 2016.
