Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 7) Order 2016

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is as follow:

Introduction of 'no waiting at any time' restriction

Mendip Close
Both Sides
From the junction with Whitworth Road for a distance of 46 metres approx.

Days Rise
Both Sides
From the junction with Whitworth Road for a distance of 7.4 metres approx. on the east side and 6.8 metres on the west side.

Private Road adjacent to Walkers House and the Post Office
Both Sides
From the junction with Whitworth Road for a distance of 6.1 metres approx. on the east side and for a distance of approx. 14.6 metres on the west side.

Revocation of 'no waiting at any time' restriction

South Side
From outside Properties No's 93, 95 and 97 Whitworth Road.

Introduction of Bus Stop Clearway where parking is prohibited except for buses at the following locations on Whitworth Road:

Outside Property No. 103 Whitworth Road
Outside Properties Nos' 57 to 61 Whitworth Road
Outside Properties Nos' 21 to 23 Whitworth Road
Outside Properties No's 64 and 62 Whitworth Road
Outside Property No 113 Whitworth Road
Outside Property No 133 Whitworth Road
Opposite Property No 129 Whitworth Road
Outside Property No 152 Whitworth Road

A copy of the draft Order, plans showing the extent of the restrictions and reasons for making the Orders may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 26 February 2016 and online at www.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (ZA/ VO 7/Whitworth Rd) by no later than 18 March 2016.
