Swindon Borough Council (Waiting and Loading Restrictions and Parking Places Consolidation) Order 2014 (Variation No. 12) Order 2016

Notice is HEREBY GIVEN that Swindon Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and The Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which is to introduce 'no waiting at any time' restriction along Austen Cresent, Forester Close, Service Road to the rear of No's 43 - 45 Austen Crescent, Jacobs Walk and Liden Drive.

A copy of the draft Order, plan showing the extent of the lengths of the above restrictions and reasons for making the Order may be inspected at the One Stop Shop, Wat Tyler House, Euclid Street, Swindon for 21 days from 2 March 2016 and online atwww.swindon.gov.uk/highwayregulation.

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made in writing to reach the undersigned, quoting reference (za/ TRO/VO 12 Austen Crescent) by no later than 22 March 2016.
